10 Free Stock Photo Websites For Blog And Business Ads

I love taking photos as one of my fun hobbies. However, I find myself needing photos for ads and blog post more and more.  In this time I have found some free websites and some that have amazingly talented photographers that offer their work for free in exchange for helping them grow their brands.

Here is a list of My top ten favorite Stock Photo websites.

1. Canva –  I use  Canva to design most of my social media post. They offer very limited free content but you will find enough free photos to get started. I have paid many times for premium photos and to upgrade to the “pro” account. The only benefit I found in their premium membership, was that you could remove the background from photos. So I have discontinued the paid subscription. In my opinion, it was not worth it. I do love to use this website and app. Give it a try!

2. Pexels –  My Favorite Stock photo website. You will love this place. I discovered that Canva ports in photos from here. Free stock photos you can use everywhere. ✓ Free for commercial use ✓ No attribution required.

3. Unsplash – Beautiful high-quality free images and photos you can download and use for any project. No attribution required.

4. Pixabay – Another favorite of mine! I have found some really good graphics here for ads. High-quality photos, illustrations, and vector graphics. Free for commercial use. No attribution required.

5. Stocksnap –        High quality and high-resolution stock images free from all copyright restrictions with no attribution required.

6. Goodfreephotos – Free Photos (Public Domain Photos),Stock Photos, Clipart, images, and Vectors. A large Public Domain photo repository with high-resolution free photos and vectors. All copyright free stock photos and royalty free photos, and CC0 Photos. 23700 free and public domain photos, images, clipart, pics and vectors.

7.   123rf   Click my link to the free photo search. However, they do offer paid memberships. At the time I wrote this post they had 36,714 free images.

8.  Wylio – has a free option but you do have to set up a free account.

9.  Plixs – Is a community for creative common photos.

10. Designerspics  I really like this website. There is a great selection of copyright-free photography by photographer, web designer and developer Jeshu John. Attribution not required.

While ten websites is a great start, I would like to continue to grow this list. Please chime in with posting your favorite website for stock photography with our readers below.
Have an amazing day!
