RESEARCH PROVES THAT THE HAPPIEST PEOPLE ENJOY THE LITTLE THINGS IN LIFE
I am somewhat driven and therefore I multi-task. So much so that I barely sleep. I will eat while I am driving or watching television, and I am listening to a webinar while I work. I focus on my business 90% of my day. I soon realized that I didn’t remember if I ate or what time it was. I would miss my favorite shows and time would slip by. I now make sure to take time to enjoy my food. I take time to look at nature and spend time with my family. I also love to just relax and do something that I can just laugh along with so that I am not so serious all the time and can let go. So try to enjoy a walk, a sunset, a meal with family, a good book, or something that makes you happy each and every day. That is when the magic happens.
